The Big Day has finally arrived – North Yorkshire’s biggest wedding show is back at York Racecourse and it looks set to be attended by more visitors than ever!
The UK Wedding Event has flourished since our inaugural show in 2014, and this weekend’s gathering promises to be another resounding success. 💍
Come see over 100 top wedding suppliers from all corners of Yorkshire when the event gets underway at 10.30am this Sunday (17th March).

A reminder that the big Ripon Cathedral Wedding Show originally planned for Saturday 3rd September 2022 has now been moved to Saturday 11th February 2023.
Regretfully the date was changed after the Cathedral took on a big wedding booking.
All stand and ticket holders can swap over to the new date next year or get a full refund.
The UK Wedding Event is excited to be hosting our first ever wedding show at Sheffield Wednesday’s Hillsborough Stadium on Sunday 3rd July.

The show will feature two stunning catwalks along with live music and entertainment.
Making and then breaking plans has been a running theme for over 12 months.
The wedding industry has been at a virtual standstill due to the pandemic.
Now however, hope is on the horizon due to the government’s roadmap, led by the vaccine drive, so companies like The UK Wedding Event can start to plan ahead once again with a degree of confidence.
It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the postponement of our latest big wedding show at York Racecourse.
In response to rising cases of coronavirus, the government are now preventing mass gatherings from taking place at this time.
As a result of these restrictions, we have no option but call off the event scheduled to take place on Sunday 29th November.
Please note the autumn date for The UK Wedding Event at York Racecourse has been provisionally moved from October to Sunday 29th November.
However, the event is still in doubt as we await further guidance from the government regarding the status of exhibitions in the current climate.
All existing bookings will be transferable.
The UK Wedding Event is delighted to have provisionally set a show return date for Sunday 6th September at Burn Hall York.
This intimate wedding fayre will be a strictly ticket only affair with all visitors set to follow a one way system to ensure social distancing regulations are followed at all times.

It is with great regret we must confirm that our big wedding show at York Racecourse has been postponed. The decision to call off the event on Sunday 29th March has been made in the interests of public safety due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak after discussions with our venue hosts.
